On the company in formation. Aardstroom B.V. is being incorporated in the Netherlands. Until the deed is executed and the company is registered with the Kamer van Koophandel, it has no legal personality of its own. Agreements entered into in this period are entered into by Thomas Thijs, who acts on behalf of the company in formation and remains personally bound until the company ratifies them after registration. The statutory details above therefore describe the current operator, not a registered company. Until registration, correspondence reaches the company at the address above and Thomas Thijs answers for it personally.
